No. We’re an independent comparison and referral service. Our job is to compare My Aged Care registered providers on your behalf and match you to the right one based on your needs so you can begin services promptly.
That’s completely fine. We help people at every stage — whether you’ve got your funding code, you’re waiting on it, or you haven’t started with My Aged Care at all. A Care Adviser will call and explain your options based on where you are.
Support at Home (from 1 November 2025) is the government program that replaced Home Care Packages, with eight classification levels of funding for in-home aged care.
