Is the shortlist really free?
Yes. We’re paid by providers only when we successfully match a family with them — the list, and the advice that comes with it, cost you nothing.
Will providers start ringing me?
No. Your details go to your Care Adviser, not to the providers. Nobody on the list contacts you unless you ask us to introduce you.
What if I don’t know my funding amount?
Pick “No funding yet, or I don’t know the amount”. It’s a completely normal answer — your adviser will work it out with you.
